Made this mini New Year's Card to send out and write thank you inside for Christmas gfts.
Stamped with Lawn Fawn Plan On It Holidays stamp onto Lawn Fawn pattern paper that I thought had a fireworks look to it. Used CTMH Shimmer Pen clear to add some sparkle to the stamped glasses. Used vellum and cut out a circle using Hero Arts Nested Circle die. Arranged the layers. Added washi tape. Added gems.
Learned a thing about washi tape. Some washi tape is not made as well as others and over time does not tear off without ripping or tearing uneven. Have had the Balloon washi tape for a long time and has peeling off to use issues.

cardstock/paper: white, yellow, vellum
pattern - Lawn Fawn (not recalling name, rcvd a few sheets of the paper with an order)
CTMH: pen - Shimmer clear
gems: 2 diamond
