LF Lion Roar Bday Card

Created this Birthday card using Lawn Fawn Critters of the Savanna stamps/dies. Used Kraft cardstock for base. Used Simon Says Stamp slopes & hills die with green pattern paper. On yellow pattern paper stamped LF Lion & cut out with LF die. Cut out a 2nd Lion using cardboard from a cereal box to add sturdiness to Lion. Added a wobble to back of Lion. Stamped LF Tree on Tim Holtz green core'dinatations cardstock, colored the tree trunk/branches with a marker & cut out Tree with scissors. Stamped LF sentiment.

Ice Skates Shabby Chic Card

Created this Ice Skates Card with a Shabby Chic look to it. Used Tim Holtz Ice Skates die. Recycled cereal box cardboard for back of ice skates for sturdiness. Threaded the ice skates with twine. Not had much luck with the first 2 thread holes at bottom of ice skates and always wondered why the bottom 2 holes were so close to the edge and the thread can come out; whereas the other holes are not near the edge and are more like holes that can be threaded. Has anyone else had this same problem?

Used TH Distress Ink to distress the ice skates. Used silver stickles on ice skates blades.

Added ribbon & snowflake buttons which I cut the back of the buttons off so could use flat for embellishing. Added a wobble to back of ice skates for action effect.
