Used a sketch which you can see below.
Used foil sheet to emboss on. Cut the embossed foil for a small section for this card & saved rest for another project.
Was applying the Tim Holtz lucky clover Distress Ink onto the embossed shamrocks but noticed that the ink was not adding much color if any to the foil. So I used Tim Holtz Perfect Pearls Mist to spray the embossed shamrocks before adding the embossing powder.
