OSAAT provided the digi, Floating Balloons. I colored some on computer & some with Crayola pencil colors.
Used Spellbinder oval shape die to complement the balloon shapes.
Added Glossy accents to digi balloons. Used twine on digi for balloons. Added balloon ribbon.
