Created this card using BugABoo digi, Clyde Birthday. Colored the digi with pencil colors. Used a Darice Birthday Balloon embossing border. Stamped the Whimsical Designs Everyday Sentiments sentiment which I had cut the words into separate pieces except for 'To You' so in that case I used washi tape to stamp the individual word 'To' & 'You.' Used Wink of Stella clear pen for sparkle on Clyde's balloon.
