Bokeh Tech Phoenix Bday Card

Created this card using Bokeh Technique. Used a photograph I created using Bokeh Technique with my camera. The blurriness is noticeable in person and not so much in photograph of the photograph. Used Tim Holtx paper distresser on the Phoenix photo edges. Used Cuttlebug embossing border. Used Hero Arts stamp Operation Write Home sentiment. Used Paper Smooches Feather dies. Added a feather behind the die cut feathers.
