Had fun creating this interactive card. Used Lawn Fawn LF slide die & LF stamp/die.
We have a pool but no slide and no diving board. Shortly after moving in 20+ yrs ago we had the diving board removed and changed the pool into a volleyball style pool with depth in middle deeper and at end end not as deep. Changed plaster to fiberglass, had pool tile & brick coping redone and deck redone with pave stoning. 2 yrs ago we changed the spa to a wade out area. The spa heater was not working and would have cost more to redo that and we did not use the spa so the wade out area is better. Daisy Rey our Lab/Retriever Mix would not go into the pool into we had the wade out area remodeling. She can lay down and just get her tummy wet. Holly Blossom our German Shepherd/Husky Mix went in for a brief time when we had some friends of my daughters over.

Today is my
dog Daisy's 11th Birthday. I rescued/adopted her from local dog shelter
in 2014 when she was 7.
Celebrated her birthday this weekend when we
took her to a restaurant, Lazy Dog, that allows dogs in the covered
patio area. Daisy had beef & rice with vegs. I had a coupon for free dog meal. I enjoyed a delicious Bison burger.
Sun 8/5 I made her cupcakes using Three Dog Bakery mix and added ingredients: honey, water, oil & unsweetened applesauce. Shared cupcakes with friends & neighbors that have dogs. Sun I gave her a present, Treat A Dog Rug.
I put in request from Home Depot where I work part-time for day off for
her birthday day and gave reason as 'family birthday' which was approved.
Today, on her birthday day, I took Daisy for a
walk around the park this morning. Enjoyed relaxing in our pool wade-out
area (we changed our pool spa to a wade-out area last month, we did not
use/heat the spa much, 3 yrs ago the spa heating element stopped
working and it would have cost more to repair the spa's heating
element). Daisy did not go into pool until we had change to wade-out area and only goes in when we are in the pool.
