Adventure Awaits Card

When I was younger and was a Girl Scout I went camping and we slept in tents. When my daughter was younger she went to Sky Ranch camp every yr and when she got old enough she went once to the 2 day trip (1 day in OK, 1 day in CO). They hiked up a mountain and slept in sleeping bags under the stars.

CAMPOUT Bookmark/Tag

Created this Bookmark/Tag with a Camping theme.

Used Tim Holtz Distress Ink to give the hot dog & marshmallow. Used GellyRoll white pen and Glossy accents on marshmallow. 

Stamped & cut out blue ribbon with Lawn Fawn stamp/die. Heat embossed sentiment:

S'more Bookmark/Tag

Created this Tag which can also be a Bookmark with a camping S'more theme.

Recycled some aluminum foil (unused of course) for metal & dimension and to catch the gooey goodness of the marshmallow.

Stamped Hero Arts Bee & sentiment.

Doodled with a Sharpie black marker to continue the Bee trail. 

Added ribbon.

Yesterday I finished reading Mary Higgins Clark Before I Say Goodbye and started reading MHC Daddy's Little Girl. The next to last chapter of Goodbye book was action packed. Hubby & my daughter gave me the Daddy's Little Girl book and I had not read it then.

BugABoo AKVMenCamping Miss You Card

I'm back from a mini vacation to Rancho Cucamonga also know as Alta Loma, CA. Hubby's niece, 3rd oldest daughter of his youngest brother, got married. Hubby drove since airfare + luggage fees + all the other air fees were more expensive than gas. We stopped in Gallup, New Mexico on way there. I'll post a few photos w/ each blog post.
These photos are: driveby photos taken before windshield became bug splattered (one is of a car w/ FL license plates and 2 kayaks on the car w/ sign "Heading to San Diego for Nationals", AZ rock background photos of hubby & I, view from CA hotel & before wedding photos.
