Created this Thank You Tag for Tim Holtz 2013 Tags of Sept challenge & other challenges that you can see below using TH Layering Stencils.
Recycled a manilla folder and cut it to make a Tag using TH Tag die.
Used 2 TH Layering stencils: Honeycomb & Rays.
Used the following groups of TH Distress Ink. On the Honeycomb Layering Stencil I used: squeezed lemonade, mustard seed & black soot. On the Rays I used squeezed lemonade & spiced marmalade.
On the background with stencils removed I used TH Distress inks: rusty hinge, tumbled glass & salty ocean.
Spritzed the Tag with water mixed with blue paint. Dryed with Marvy heat tool.
After allowing for drying time I stamped Darcie's Day is Sweet sentiment & Bees using VersaFine Onyx Black ink.
Used TH paper distresser & TH Distress Ink walnut stain on edges of Tag.
Added Woven Ribbon Bees using TH staple. I have had this ribbon since Sept 2012 that I won from Fabrics.com and first time using.
Photographed the Tag with a Boyds Bear I have. The Boyd's Bear is named:
U. Bee Happy
Did you notice that this Tag has my nickname theme:
"Sunshine HoneyBee"
