Bokeh Tech happy bday from owl of us Card

Created this birthday card with an Owl theme. Used Stitchy Bear digi, Oona Owl. I had used the digi before & had added a wobble so again I added a wobble to this one which when you use the wobble you get the Bokeh effect. Stamped Hero Arts Owls using Bokeh Technique. Stamped Hero Arts sentiment. Embossed with a Woodgrain embossing folder. Added gems & Owl ribbon.
