Created this Clean & Simple CAS Christmas Tag. Great to start early on making tags and I just have to remember as to where I put them so I can find them when needed.

Created this card using a sketch whihc you can see below. Used Mark's Finest Papers KIlt Fun stamp set. Chose funny sentiment. Paper pieced the kilt blanket on dog. Added ribbon.

Kids LadyBug Heart-Shaped Valentine

Created this Kids Heart-Shaped Valentine Card using a Spellbinder heart die.The Heart-shaped Valentine 2 heart pieces are cut with Spellbinder largest Classic Heart die, each heart piece is scored at the top at 3 1/2", red tape adhesive is added above the score line on inside piece, the red tape is peeled off and then the 2 heart pieces are attached together.

Used craftsmart stamps for the sentiment & LadyBug.

Tried a new to me way of using washi tape. Placed strip of washi tape on an index card (cardstock can be used also) which gives it sturdiness, 2nd strip added above 1st strip, punched a shape out using a Stampin' Up heart punch, and used dots adhesive on back to attach the heart shape with washi tape on it to project.

Added ribbon and used a strip of washi tape to hold it in place. I've found that over time some of my washi tape on projects has peeled up at the ends. In order to prevent the ends from peeling up I used red tape adhesive over the ribbon before placing the washi tape on and this seems to hold the washi tape in place at the ends better. Has anyone else had the problem of the washi tape peeling up & what have you done to prevent this?

Stocking Candy Cane Lane Christmas Card

Created this Christmas card using Tim Holtz Stocking die, Whimsical Designs stamp sentiment, ribbon & a Candy Cane I crocheted. Placed the Stocking onto the card using foam adhesive to give it dimension and then use as a pocket to fill the Stocking with the crocheted Candy Cane.

My Christmas Tree decorated. I add the crocheted stockings & other crochet items with bells to bottom of the tree so that if my dog gets near the tree then I hear the jingle.

Oriental Lanterns Bday Card

Created this Birthday Card using a sketch which you can see below. Had fun with giving the strips of scrap paper (try and say that a couple times) a curvy look for a festive birthday card.

Added some faux stitching with a black pen. Used 2 Cuttlebug Oriental Weave embossing folders: on the red strips and on the vellum that the buttons are on.

I Mustache you a question Valentine Card

Made this mini Valentine card at Archiver's in Overland Park, Kansas Fri 1/25. Pun used on the sentiment "I (mustache shape) you a question" --> "I mustache ask you a question" --> "I must ask you a question."

Drove to KC, MO to get my daughter situated back into her college apt as she begins her 2nd semester of her junior yr at KCAI. Susan of Expression Avenue told me about the Archiver's in Overland Park, Kansas which is approx 20-30 mins from KC, MO. Thank you Susan. Hubby took me to the Archiver's after we enjoyed a morning at the Kansas City Zoo.
