Shabby Chic Sun Hanger

Created this with a Sun theme & Shabby Chic style in mind. I should say that I started out not sure what I was creating and then ideas kept flowing and I'm pleased with the outcome.

Used Stitchy Bear digi, Sun Signs1. Embossed a layer with sun rays. Embellished with white puffy craft on top to look like clouds. Stamped a Darcie's sentiment. Added a sun button. Added black & white flowers won from DL.ART Mother's Day Challenge. Distressed edges with Tim Holtz walnut stain. Added ribbon for hanger part. Used Kraft crdstock as base.

Fall/Autumn #2 Acorn PineCone Tag/Bookmark

Created this 2nd in a series of Tag/Bookmark w/ a Fall/Autumn theme.

Added a JHB Acorn Button to the rope/string . Used a Hero Arts Needles & Cones PineCone stamp. Used a Spellbinder die to cut out Pinecone & inked the edges w/ Tim Holtz Distress Ink walnut stain. Used TH Burlap Layering Stencil w/ TH Distress Ink brushed corduroy. Used the Paper Company acorn stamp & 'Fall' sentiment.
