After having to get a new bunny (play on words as in Energizer bunny I had to get a new battery) under the hood of my car. My former battery died Fri without warning. Phoned hubby and he jump started my car and followed me to Meinke where they installed a new Interstate brand battery to the tune of $129+

So What was your weekend like? Anything exciting happen? I'd love to hear about your weekend. Mine was VERY busy! My sister and I hung out Friday night & enjoyed Chinese and planning our week. She and I always have SO much fun when we are together--she is my best friend--and I get to see her every day! How awesome is that my friends!!!! We started making the Candy Crayons Friday night, and then it took me the rest of the weekend to finish all 300 of them! I made enough for both boys and Amelie's class (my niece--she is 3). I made them in yellow, red, blue, and green!!! Make sure you stop by here tomorrow, because I will have pictures and the FULL tutorial on here with free templates! It will be a lot of fun!!!

Hello Kitty Happy Birthday Card

Bought Hello Kitty cartridge last yr, 2010, at a Michaels sale for $9.99 and this is my first creation using it.

Some may know & others may not but I am a pilot of single-engine planes. Back in the 1970s, not sure if they still do this, but when a guy completed solo flight & would be getting his pilot license the back of the shirt you were wearing was ripped & hung up for display and if women wanted to participate in this also they could so yes I did so also. I even did a super duper cross country flight with anotehr person flying a single-engine plane, a Grumman American, from Melbourne, FL to San Louis Obispo CA. I channeled my love of piloting into this creation. Even gave Hello Kitty a silk pilot scarf.
