Bday Cake Tag

Used BugABoo digi, Bday Cake, on the Tag. Cut the digi out with a Tim Holtz Tag die. Colored the digi with Crayola pencil colors. Added Glossy accents to the Cake frosting. Added yellow glitter to the candle flame. Used Wink of Stella clear pen on the candle green & red stripes. Stamped Whimsical Designs Everyday Sentiments sentiment. Added ribbon.
