TX Tag Laminated

Back from a mini vacation to Washington DC with hubby. Stopped at Arlington Cemetery.

Made the TX tag by stamping, calligraphy of names, laminating & attaching with ribbon to some artificial BlueBonnets.

Spring in TX means BlueBonnets Bday Card

Spring in TX means BlueBonnets. I have BlueBonnets growing in my backyard & you can see the photos below. The BlueBonnets are growing under our Mini Magnolia Tree. Daisy posed with bunny ears for an Easter photo. The Bees like the BlueBonnets and it is great to see & photograph them.

I'm still getting familiar with the new Cricut Explore and made this card with inspiration from Mary of Cardz TV who made a Butterfly Card like this.

Stamped the background inside with a BlueBonnet stamp & used Stampin' Up markers.

  Created this Texas Tag using a stamp by deadbeat Designs. Stamped onto Kraft cardstock. Cut out with scissors. Used punch to make hole at top. Added string jute rope.
