Card is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". Base is white cardstock. Top & bottom of base embossed with Stampin' Up Adorning Accents heart border embossing folder. Layer is white cardstock 5 1/2" x 1 1/2". Layer is embossed with Cuttlebug Just My Type border embossing folder. Hershey Kisses are punched with SU Blossom Petals Builder from white cardstock. You turn the punch so you can see the punched out area facing up, line up the silver cardstock to resemble the Hershey Kiss not getting the ripple part of the flower petal and punch. If you get some of the ripple then you can use scissors to snip the edges. Stamped sentiment using SU Teeny Tiny Wishes "sweet treats" with Tuxedo Black ink and cut out with SU Bitty Banners framelits. Attached the sentiment to each Hershey Kiss using glue dots. Used Martha Stewart bone folder to curl the sentiment for dimension. Attached the Hershey Kisses to white layer with foam adhesive.
