CTMH: ink - Candy Apple, Carolina, Charcoal, Clover,

  Espresso, Fern, Flamingo, Toffee

Hero Arts: ink - Unicorn White  tool - mini watercolor brushes

ink: VersaFine Onyx Black

MFT: stamp/die - Always Bring A Smile

Simon: die - Nested Banners (sentiment tag)

tool: acrylic block, paint brush
