Made this Halloween Costume Dress Up card for my great niece that I know will have fun playing with Newton the Cat as part of a Costume Dress Up.

The Costumes are attached to the top of the card. There is a piece of double adhesive tape to be like a shelf/holder as Newton the cat tries on each costume (right to left): Pirate hat, Lion costume, witch hat & Bumble Bee costume. 

Made a matching decorated envelope to go with the card.
