Piano Music Happy Birthday Card in
monochromatic colors of black &
white.
Was inspired by the Piano Card that
Laurie Wilson of Soapboxcreations blog
a Cas-ual Fridays DT created.
Used a Tim Holtz music embossing
folder and a Piano rubber stamp. Cut
out the Piano Keys stamped image.
Used Enamel accents on the Piano
Keys stamped piece to give the black
keys dimension.
Used foam adhesives on the cut out of
the stamped Piano Keys for a 3D look.
View of card laying flat to show off the
Piano Keys stamping piece that is not
laying flat on the card:
Scrapbook layout I created some time ago of a
wonderful Elton John concert:

I like live music concerts and especially like when photography is allowed. The concert was Elton John & Leon Russell. Elton John performed solo first. Then Leon Russell performed solo. They performed together promoting their The Union CD. Elton John ended the concert performing solo more. Was a wonderful concert evening.
ReplyDeleteMelissa I love the way you made some of the keys pop up-- adds such a dimension and beauty. I have to make a card for hubby and since he is a music lover I am on the look so inspirational ideas-- I love this one.
ReplyDeleteMelissa do watermark your cards so that anyone saving your pictures for inspiration can later credit you when they get around to making the project.
