Hubby whose birthday is on Groundhog's Day,
Feb. 2. If the Groundhog sees his shadow &
gives us more Winter then I always blame the
extra Winter on my Hubby. Heehee.
Used Designer's Calendar Cricut cartridge for
the Groundhog image. Cut one image with
darker brown and another with lighter gray to
look like the Groundhog's shadow.
To set the scene I used:
Kraft cardstock for Base to give card a worn look,
blue cardstock for sky,
yellow cardstock for Sun & Sun's Rays,
a Spellbinders die for the Sun,
an embossing folder for Sun's Rays,
forest green cardstock for outdoors look,
added Woodland Friends paper for add'l outdoors look,
tore the edges of the paper for distressing,
put a brown bow from Christmas Dove Truffle Box on Groundhog,
and
added the Groundhog & Groundhog shadow
