The Haggard Farm is a farm close to where I live. I like driving by it to see the animals. It will soon be gone because the owners have decided to sell the property to the City and the City is going to create a Park which is good but it will not be the same.
Those horses are so beautiful, Melissa! I love how you "tossed your hat in the ring"! So clever! And when I read that the owners were selling the farm, I was afraid you were going to say for a housing development (which is what has happened everywhere here). Very pretty layout :)

Thank you. There is a Walgreens across from the farm so I pull into the parking lot, walk across the street & photograph the farm animals. The woman (think she is in her 80s) who owns the farm has grandchildren but the grandchildren do not want the farm and so the City has bought the land and she is allowed to live there till she dies and then it will become a Park. They have Cows & Llamas also.
