Thanksgiving Gift Bag

Created this Thanksgiving Gift Bag to put a gift inside
for my daughter, who is a sophomore in college, when
she comes home for the Thanksgiving holidays.

This challenge is to create a 3D project that uses twine and/or a button.


Create a Critter Cricut cartridge one 3.5" & two 1.5" Maple Leaves

Paper:
4 1/4" x 5 5/8" paper bag
the Paper Studio Fall Leaves Polka - leaf patterned paper
golden yellow
Kraft cardstock

brown & white twine
button - Dress It Up Falls' Final Blooms (bought at Hobby Lobby last yr in after Halloween/Thanksgiving sale)
foam adhesives
Gelly Rolly Clear Star pen - used for faux stitching on Maple Leaves
Hero Arts Days to Celebrate rubber stamp
Martha Stewart Fall Leaves corner punch & edge punch
Memento Rich Cocoa ink

  4. The bag was perfect since it was a plain brown bag that someone else had given me so I recycled & upgraded it with embellishing. And daughter will like what's inside the bag as well: the new Harry Potter DVD that comes out this Fri.
