2020 Halloween Pumpkin - Child Yoda

Please click here for Tip Thursday 10/22 DieCut then Stamp & Inking Edges. Thank you to all of you that visited the 10/15 post on my older sister and offered condolences. Please visit during the mth of Sept & Oct for new Tip Thursdays.

Here is this year, 2020 Halloween Pumpkin hubby carved - Child Yoda. Since subscribing to the Disney Channel and watching The Mandolorian I have become fond of Child Yoda. When I saw the first Star Wars movie I liked Yoda.

Hubby used graphite paper to transfer the pattern  from paper onto the pumpkin. In past he used a push pin to mark the pattern but that takes longer. He used a black Sharpie to color parts of pattern not carved. He uses a dremmel tool to carve and in some areas only shave away part of the pumpkin. Hubby said the eyes & mouth were the hardest parts.

Pumpkin before carving (there is a bit of carving but this was earliest I photographed)
