Whale Bday Emboss Resist Tech Card

Tried my hand for what I believe is first time at Emboss Resist Technique. Tried couple times yesterday but did not like what I had created but did not give up. Discovered that for a good stamped image for this technique to work properly the image needs a good portion of it to be solid/filled in and little to none openess or too much detail.

Used Stampin' Up Craft ink to stamp the retired from some time ago SU stamp set Animal Stories Whale on white cardstock. Used Stampendous Clear embossing powder & heat gun. Sponged with SU Baja Breeze ink. Used memory box Oceana Border die for waves. Stamped Lawn Fawn birthday sentiment using SU Island Indigo ink.
