After the week we have had here in N TX I'm not wanting more snow but decided to make this Christmas card with a Hero Arts Christmas Sweater die and mix in some CTMH Whole Latte Love stamp for a latte drink.

Mon 2/15 it snowed 4". I shoveled & cleared front walkway & sidewalk. Wed 2/17 it snowed more. Photo is of our house on Wed 2/17. Thurs 2/18 hubby shoveled and cleared walkway & sidewalk. Snow has melted. We are going to redo the landscaping of the front yard so we had a company remove the unwanted plants, etc. Good thing we had it done a week ago.

T Shirt GiftCard Holder - HA TShirt - CTMH WholeLatteLove

With inspiration from Sally Traidman on Hero Arts blog I made this gift card holder. You can click here to see Sally T.;s creation. With inspiration from my CTMH upline, Chris Franco I used some CTMH pattern paper for the CTMH cup band.

With inspiration from N TX weather of snow with temps in single digits & snow now melting and forecast of temps in 70s next wk I combined the snow (can you see the snowman on Starbucks gift card) with Sun (can you see the Sun stamp on the CTMH cup band as well as on the T Shirt).

Used Hero Arts T Shirt die for base. Stamped Hero Arts Sun Bold Print stamp & Message stamp (figured the circle sentiment complimented the Sun stamping). Used pattern paper on bottom of T Shirt for a belt look of sorts. Added CTMH Whole Latte Love stamp/die cup to complement the Starbucks gift card.Used pattern paper on CTMH cup band.

3. Weather here in N TX has been cold with snow. Mon 2/15 we had temps in low 20s & 4" snow (powder kind with ice on roads). Temps warmed up a bit & sun came out. Some snow melted.Yesterday early morning Wed 2/17 temp 1 degree and more snow approx 3"-5". Warmed up a bit. We have been fortunate that we have not lost power (outage or rolling blackout) and have water (no broken pipes either, we have all the outlets & pool pump covered and have inside faucets dripping when temp lower than freezing 32 degrees). Many have lost power & have broken pipes. Some have had to boil water for drinking purposes. Sun is out today and temps warmed up to 28. Forecast for next week is temps in 70s. So from Brrr to Dramatic Change but this happens in TX alot. Take care.

This is my Bon Appetit/Food Theme creation as a Design Team member for this week's challenge of Bitten By the Bug 2. Theme is Bon Appetit/Food.

An Easter Card Exchange is What's Happening this Thursday 2/11.

Organizing an Easter card exchange (US only due to postal costs). The details are listed below and if you are interested please email (listed on my blog right sidebar) me with your info: name, postal address & email address.

Deadline to sign up is Mon Feb. 22.

Card must be >= 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".

Any stamps & paper can be used.

Optional: include goodies of your choice. 

Deadline to mail is Mar 12 (mail has been slower lately so this should allow for receiving by Easter April 4).

Please let me know if you have a limit as to # you wish to  exchange with otherwise you will exchange with however many sign up.

Made this Slimline Valentine for my mail carrier.

Yes, I like plush and some of you may know that I am a pilot of small engine planes; thus the bear plush. I tell people I cannot ride a regular bicycle, never learned to balance, but can ride a tandem which I have and ride with hubby or adult bicycle which has three wheels which I have also.

  Do you prefer Rubber, Clear or Digi Stamps and why?
