speed 4, pressure 4, blade 5, 3" & from p101

material used is Spool O' Ribbon blue ribbon

Paper:
white cardstock
DCWV winter matstack 2 panels: 4" x 1 1/2 (inside) & 4" x 1 3/4" (outside)
the Paper Company pastel blue cardstock 4" x 3 1/4"
