Made this Valentine's Day LOVE Card using some leftover scraps from previous creations: the LOVE letters were from a previous made Cricut card which you can click to see here & a red foil heart from a Memory Box die from a previous made card you can click to see here.

Celebrated Valentine's Day with a dinner on Sun that I prepared. I made scallops using recipe, Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops, from allrecipes.com. I like when the word 'Easy' is in the recipe title and it is easy to prepare. Had not made scallops myself before. Most seafood I prepare I put in oven so this was a first for saute seafood in a pan. They were tasty and will definitely make them again. Went to Kroger Sun morn and they did not have any scallops that were on sale $11.99/lb so the guy in seafood said he would mark down some scallops that were $18.99. Was a happy camper and the price was just above $10 and so I was able to use a $2 off $10 seafood purchase coupon.
