Valentine MailBox

Created this 3D item, Valentine MailBox, using Close To My Heart Artiste Cricut cartridge. Hid the score lines using my Gypsy before cutting. Glue was not working at holding the mailbox together so I used glue dots & red tape on front & back to hold the mailbox together.

Decided to make the mailbox be a gift card holder for an iTunes gift card for my daughter.

Made the flag sturdy by recycling a pice of cardboard. Cut the flag 3 times; twice using pink paper & once using cardboard. Heat embossed stamped the front panel of flag with sentiment date 2 14. Attached the flag to the mailbox with a heart brad. Used a couple Martha Stewart punches to decorate the Valentine MaliBox.

Used a BugABoo digi, Sign It Love Birdy, as a Valentine Love Note stamped with Feb 14 postmark type stamp. Added an iTunes gift card. Added washi tape.

Valentine w/ Tag Pocket Envelope on Card

Was inspired by Susan of Expression Avenue to make this Valentine card. You can see Susan's card by clicking here.

Created this Valentine card using George and Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge to make the heart cutout white layer. I used Gypsy, used a rectangle shape & added hearts of 1/2" size scattered around. Made the tag pocket envelope using Echo Park cardstock. Stamped a Tim Holtz Valentine ticket. Used a Stampin' Up small heart punch for heart on the tag pocket envelope. Added gems, ribbon & washi tape.

Patriotic 3D Gable Box Square

Created this Clean & Simple CAS Patriotic Gable Box Square using Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 2 Cricut cartridge.

Wanted to make it CAS because most people at a party will not end up keeping it and will just toss it. It can be used for a Summer 4th of July party.

Embossed the Kraft americana strip with Cuttlebug Stars with Stripes embossing border. Used 2 different inks to stamp sentiment. Added ribbon.

3D Tea Cup

Do not believe I've made many 3D projects. Used Tags, Bags, Boxes & More 2 Cricut cartridge to make this Tea Cup.

Used some double-sided designer paper from creative imaginations Iron Orchid Designs with a pretty Spring design.

Making this I learned it is all about the adhesive. I made one in a solid color non-double-sided cardstock to see if I could put it together properly.


I'm a tea drinker so I added my fav decaf Tea, Luzianne Tea, for the photo.

Christmas Reindeer 2 Tag Card

Created this 2nd in a series of Christmas Reindeer Tag Cards using Tim Holtz Reindeer Flight die cut. The Tag can be removed and used as an ornament on Christmas Tree. You can see 1st in series here.

Used Tags, Bags, Boxes & More Cricut cartridge to make the Tag Base & Layer.  Base of Card & Tag is Kraft cardstock. Layer if Card is the Paper Studio Christmas Sheet Music.
Layer is the Paper Studio Merry Christmas Words scrapbook paper. Reindeer base is cereal box cardbox which makes for a sturdy reindeer. Reindeer layer is the Paper Studio Christmas sheet music. Added Stamp N Plus Stardust Chalk to the Christmas sheet music layer of Reindeer for a glitter shine. Sentiment tag is off-white from Recollections Neutral Cardstock. Stamped sentiment tag with a Recollections stamp that has a small Reindeer image & the words "Oh Deer." Inked the edges of the sentiment tag. Added a wreath around the neck of the Reindeer. popped the Reindeer up using foam for more dimension. Added a red gem for Rudolph nose. Attached Tag to card with ribbon.
