honey I love you Bee Honeycomb Sketch Card

Made this card with a Bee theme. Gave it a distressed look. Used a sketch which you can see below. I'll give this to my hubby on our Anniversary.

Was going to use Distress Crackle Paint clear rock candy on this but found that the stuff in my jar was dried out as in rock hard. Does anyone know if there is any substance one can add to make the dried out stuff usable?
