A LITTLE birdie TOLD ME Birthday Card

Created this Clean & Simple CAS card using the chalkboard technique of stamping with white ink on Kraft cardstock.

Used Kraft cardstock as base. Used Spellbinder Hampton Arts Butterfly/Moth Tag stamp to stamp on Kraft cardstock with white ink. Used Spellbinder Presto Punch Bird for Bluebird. Used Papertrey Ink Birds of a Feather stamp for sentiment on outside of card. Used Whimsical Designs Everday Sentiments sentiment on inside of card. Embossed inside of card with Cuttlebug Bird Call embossing folder.

I'm sew wishing you a Happy Birthday Sewing Machine Card

Created this Clean & Simple CAS Birthday Card with idea in mind to use Tim Holtz Mini Blueprint stamp, Vintage Sewing Machine. Then I needed a sentiment and decided to go out of my comfort zone which I have been doing a bit of lately and create my own sentiment using Lawn Fawn Smitty's ABCs stamps & Docerela Creations "Happy Birthday" sentiment. I created the sentiment in 2 parts since there was only one "s" letter in the LF Smitty's ABCs stamp set.  
For a play on words 
I placed the letters I needed on my block to stamp:

I'm 
sew 

and I then stamped the next set of letters with the Docerela Creations "Happy Birthday":

wishing
   you
     a 
Happy  
Birthday

Used Kraft cardstock as base, white layer & gray layer.

Embossed the white layer with Cuttlebug Wedding Suite.
Stamped the TH Vintage Sewing Machine on right side of card. Added the sentiment layer which I stamped on a separate piece of white cardstock because I did not want to chance messing up the white layer with embossing & stamped TH Vintage Sewing Machine. Added a gray strip embossed with Cuttlebug Just My Type embossing folder that looked like sewing stitches to me.

Button Up My Friend Card

Created this card with a Button theme. Used a variety of buttons instead of just one type of a button. Used Stampin' Up Framelit button to make the paper buttons in 3 corners (left top, left bottom, right bottom). Used actual buttons in top right corner. Used Cuttlebug Just My Type embossing folder that has a button embossing folder strip. Used DCWV spring matstack print paper. Used shades of purple. Used lawn Fawn Smitty ABCs stamps to spell out my own sentiment. Added twine.

Used a new Memento ink, London Fog. Used Stickles Diamond on stamped diamond ring (appropriate for diamond ring but much prettier in person than in photo). Added ribbon.

Used white core'dinations cardstock that has a texture for base. Used Cuttlebug Wedding Suite embossing folder. Used 2 different Basic Grey stamps: 'cherish' sentiment & bouquet of flowers (there are hearts in the bouquet). Used a new Memento ink, London Fog. Used Stickles Crystal in embossed corners and on bouquet of flowers. Added ribbon.

used. I discovered that it is part of the set named
Love is in the Air which I had.

Used Tim Holtz Distress Ink fired brick I had won.

Card can be a horizontal or vertical card since the
