We will be celebrating Thanksgiving here at home in Central TX. I started my Thanksgiving baking & cooking early. Click here to see some of the goodies I made. I made more of the Pumpkin Deviled Eggs since we had eaten all of the first batch. Turkey has been defrosting. I'll make a sweet potato casserole. Hubby will make the stuffing using Italian Sweet Sausage. We will have a salad using peppers & tomatoes from our garden.
Forecast here in central TX is for rain Thanksgiving Day & thru the weekend. Hubby got the Christmas lights up on the house & all the Christmas Snoopy & Woodstock decor in the yard. Hubby made a wood base for the decor that are not inflatables so they will have a base to stand on. He did a wonderful job on making an oval shaped base for the ice skating S&W and painted it white to look like an ice skating pond. I'll photograph & post pictures soon.
