Thank you everyone for your thoughts on my pet loss.
Sad news to share - hat to put down my dog, Teddy,  5/2. Had vet appt in the morn for his routine shots. Teddy had been having problem with eating & drooling more so than he usually does. Well, we found out he had cancer of the mouth at the back of his tongue. The vet said he could not remove it and at most he had 4 mths. We decided to put him down & have him cremated. Took him for walk morn before vet appt. Sad. Missing him.

Mother's Day Fairy ATC

Decided to make a Mother's Day ATC using a Fairy stamped image.

Used Stamp N Plus Velvet(Lavender) Chalk with VersaMark on the edge of the sentiment banner tag. Was pleased with how it matched the Lavender ink I used to stamp sentiment. Added lace around the waist of the Fairy stamp. Added Lavender stickles, Lace & ribbon. Paper pieced vellum wings.

Lavender Lace Wedd/Anniv Card

Created this Wedding/Anniversary Card using Lavender colors & Lavender Lace. I did not have any Lavender Lace so I used white lace and colored it with Tim Holtz Distress Ink shaded lilac (one of the new Summer colors). Used a new punch, ek tools Layer Butterfly, that I bought today at JoAnns. Staz On ink indicates it is for coated paper and I was happy with my stamping on front of card in which I used coated, shiny lavender cardstock. Added hearts to both front & inside. Stamped a sentiment on inside as well.

Photographed with my Victoria Secret lavender garter from my wedding. I had a garter that was thrown by my hubby since I wanted to keep the pretty lavender one.
