Made this Christmas card using BugABoo digi, Santa Tropical Scuba. Colored digi on computer. Added gold stickles for bling to the the Starfish Santa is holding that he will trim the tree, Palm Tree, as in make it the star tree topper.
Used Cricut cartridge Life Is A Beach for the Palm Tree & Waves. Added a wobble to the back of the Palm Tree.
Used Cricut cartridge Animal Kingdom for the Dog. Used Cricut cartridge Christmas Cheer for the Reindeer Antlers on the Dog.
When I chose to use Santa Tropical Scuba I did not think it was funny enough. When I chose the sentiment 'trim the Tree' as in use the Starfish for the star tree topper I thought that it was not funny enough. When I added the wobble to the back of the Palm Tree I did not think it was funny enough. Not until I added the Dog with Reindeer Antlers did I think it was funny and reminded me of Dr. Seuss Grinch's reindeer dog.
This card like the Harry Potter Magical Christmas from yesterday turned out to be more work than I first set out to make it. I'm pleased with the way it turned out.
