Clyde Hot Air Balloon Bookmark/Tag

Made this Bookmark/Tag using BugAboo digi, Clyde (Dragon) Hot Air Balloon. Colored with Crayola pencil colors. Added washi tape to balloon which I think gives it more of a 3D look. Added pearls. Recycled pieces of white cotton balls for clouds.
