Created this Snowman Tag using StitchyBear Snowman Trio, printed digi on white cardstock and cut with Spellbinders Square Swatches Used Kraft cardstock as base cut with Spellbinders Square Swatches. Stamped sentiment "let it snow" using VersaMark, Stampendous Blue Tinsel embossing powder and Marvy heat tool. Added blue ribbon with white dots to look like snowballs on the blue ribbon.
The color blue of the embossing powder is not easily seen in the photo but looks nice in person.
