Each month I make a monthly shaped Coffee Cup Card with a holiday or something related to the month theme. For month of May I used April showers brings May flowers. Found a scrap piece of Newton's Nook Coffee House Stories with mugs on it that was leftover from a NN die cut on top edge and it gives the extra boost I was looking for.

Photographed with a Coke bottle that had Daisy name on label. Had a Lab/Retriever named Daisy Rey and we had to put her down 3 yrs ago due to displacia of the hips & back legs. Adopted her at age 7 (she was given up to shelter twice, first at age 3 and then again at age 7) and she lived to age
15 1/2 (gave her the best 3rd chance there was). Miss her.

Decided I was up for the sketch challenge after taking a piece of scrap cardstock & cutting the pieces to get idea of what cardstock to use for arrangement of sketch. Chose the dogs pattern paper since I have 2 fur girls and the colors of the dogs on the paper complement my dog's since one is lighter in color, the German Shepherd/Husky Mix, and the other is darker, the German Shepherd Mix.

Got creative with this card paper piecing the flap and behind the flap for a Bark (Back, pun intended) to School theme.
Look closely at the first photo and see if you see the Private Pilot books. Some of you know I'm a pilot of single engine planes and kept the books from when I first learned while taking ground school. Have not done any flying recently.

Made this sweet & yummy Macarons card using color challenge which you can see below. Used some shimmer on the Macarons inside filling area that may not be noticeable in the photo. Heated clear embossing powder on sentiment for an extra sweet look.

Made this Dog Card using a sketch (can you see the vellum banners & 2 vellum panel layers?)which you can see below & mostly Newton's Nook items.
Used Newton's Nook Framework dies. Stamped (only top part with Dog no books), colored (used the dog paper colors for color inspiration), die cut, & trimmed the dog (should have trimmed more, oh well). Stamped, colored & die cut the cup & paw (used this to cover up the polka dots on cup & match the cup on the dog paper image). Added 2 pink gem hearts (most often it is recommended to use an odd number of embelishments but again I used dog paper for inspiration and added 2 pink hearts).
Figured I would add sentiment inside later.

Not made an Artist Trading Card ATC that is 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" in quite some time. Using Newton's Nook Time For Coffee stamp/die.
Blended Distress Ink on white base. Recycled Starbucks cardboard cup hugger by cutting into 3 pieces and attached to blended colored base. Trimmed a piece of pattern cardstock from Newton's Newton Coffee House Stories cardstock. Tied a piece of twine onto the pattern cardstock. Attached the pattern cardstock with twine on top of the recycled Starbucks cardboard cup hugger pieces. Stamped, colored & die cut the cup. Attached cup and added some stickles to heart.
