Created this birthday card using BugABoo digi, Penguin Birthday Cupcake. Colored the digi with Crayola pencil colors. Used sketch which you can see below. Added Wink of Stella clear for sparkle to the cupcake.  Stamped Whimsical Designs balloons on the far left & sentiment. Added buttons.
