Used clear stamps, Cricut cartridge, embossing folder, ribbon & Spellbinders die cut. Clear stamps are K Andrews Owly Hoo Sentiments I won. Owls are from Give a Hoot Cricut cartridge. Embossing folder is Tim Holtz Woodgrain. Ribbin is ribbon trends Owl Twill. Spellbinders die cut is Nestabilities Classic Scalloped Ovals Large.
Cut the Owls at 3" and decided to not use the one teensy piece that I think is part of the nose/beak.
Used the Spellbinders oval die cut to cut the 3 pieces out. Used the 3 cut out pieces as well to stamp the birthday Happy bird-day sentiment on.
Embossed the front & inside of card to give it a tree look.
Attached the Owls inside the card using foam adhesive to give them 3D look.
Added the ribbon.
Photographed the card in Mini Magnolia tree & in the grass in my backyard.
Owls photographed at the Plano Live Green event I attended in April this yr. The Blackland Prairie Raptor Center cares for Owls. First Owl is an Eastern Screech Owl and is blind in one eye. The 2nd Owl is a Common Barn Owl.
