4th of July Paper Red/White/Blue Flag Wheels Party Decor
Created these 4th of July Paper Red/White/Blue Flag Wheels Party Decor using a free print file/instructions from a Martha Stewart magazine that I got a couple yrs ago. Basically you print the image, score at intervals and then bring ends together to form a circle/wheel with adhesive.
