Created this Graduation Card using Cricut cartridge Locker Talk. Noticed that the image of the diploma had a award looking ribbon but it did not have a ribbon layer so I cut off this one and used the #1 ribbon image on same cartridge. Used Gypsy to hide cuts I did not want.
Stamped a grad hat. Used ribbon to give the diploma ribbon attached 3D look. Added gems for bling. Hand calligraphy of quote "You can achieve anything!" Used Tim Holtz Distress Ink mustard seed on white cardstock to give it somewhat of an vintage aged look.
