Shaped Birthday Card using Carousel Cricut Lite
cartridge & Gypsy to weld the images together to
make the shaped card. Since card is a birthday
card for a young boy decided to not embellish.
I stamped the sentiment using Zing silver embossing
powder and then used a Fiskars scallop punch that I
thought looked like a puff of smoke.
Now please do not think I mean trains are only
for men because that is not the case. Matter of
fact I have some trains. Some that I bought when
I first moved to TX & some that my father gave
me.
There are some train photos near bottom of the
post of a display that I went to Jan. this yr called
The Trains of NorthPark.
Entering this into the following challenges:

Your card is so simple yet cute. Just my style.
ReplyDeleteThis is so adorable, Melissa!! I love how you stamped the sentiment on the smoke...so creative!! And how you staged the card on the tracks is just fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on winning the Sweet Treats cart from Diana at DL.ART!! I watched the video and then whet to check who number 17 was, and I will admit, there was little "darn" moment since I was #18, but I am so happy you won!! :)
Regarding the Valentine treat boxes, I am not positive of the size...I only have Tags, Bags, Boxes and More on my Gypsy, so I fit it to the width of the 12 x 12 paper. Each side ends up being about 2 3/4".
Thank you so much for posting my giveaway on your sidebar!! I appreciate it so much!!
