Patriotic Bottle Tag

Created this Clean & Simple (CAS) Patriotic Bottle Tag.

Tag is made from red cardstock 2 1/2" x 8" scored at 5 3/4". A circle punch is used so it can be placed over a bottle. An edge punch is used. Adhesive is used on the scored edged part. Ribbon is tied in a bow & attached. Flower layers are made using a Sizzix flower die cut, stacked & embellished with glitter in center & a gemstone. Tiny tag is cut and sentiment 'Celebrate' is stamped on tag and attached with twine. Name is written on the tag so everyone knows who the bottle belongs to.


My bottle of water has pink lemonade in it.
