Happy Birthday & Breast Cancer Awareness Frog Card

Created this card by first planning it to be a birthday
card. The challenge at Birthday Sundaes was to add
ribbon to a birthday card so I added a homemade
Breast Cancer ribbon.

Used the Gypsy to layout all the pieces on the mat.

  12. I have got to get a Gypsy. After seeing how easy it was for you to lay out all the pieces on the mat and cut them...gez, that would make things so much easier. Cute frog card! Nice added touch with the ribbon too!

  15. I have a confession...I have a Gypsy but I still have not mastered the task of getting all my paper planned out on the mat. I always mess it up and have to peel it off and restick it. This is SO CUTE!! Love the addition of the pink ribbon. Thanks for joining us at BBTB2!

  16. I've had the Cricut for almost 1 1/2 yrs and the Gypsy for 1 yr. Bought the Gypsy when Michaels had a sale on it and there was an offer that if you bought a Gypsy before Oct 2010 you received free downloads of some cartridges. Only recently have I learned how to use the Gypsy and most was in thanks to friend TenSGal who has the blog Axpression Avenue. TenSGal helped & encouraged me to learn to use the Gypsy. I also messed up the paper several times when first learning to place the pieces onto the mat but have learned that on the Gypsy there is an arrow and you place the mat in the direction of the arrow, read the measurements (width & height), cut the pieces bigger than the measurements, look at the x & y numbers for each image and place the cardstock accordingly. When I first started using the Gypsy I got frustrated. I have not linked all my cartridges because I need to upgrade it and been holding off on the upgrade.
