Bee Display - Hero Arts 2021JanKitBundle

Made this Bee creation mostly with Hero Arts 2021 Jan Mthly Kit & Bundle. Was inspired by Hero Arts Mindy Eggen. You can click here to see her creation.

Used honeycomb die to cut out vellum. Used Distress Ink on honeycomb cut outs.

Stamped Bees & Flower background (under honeycomb cut out vellum layer) using heat embossing of white embossing powder and then ink blended using several inks.

Layered and used brads to hold the vellum piece in place and also allow you to lift up vellum to see all of the background.

Recycled a piece of cardboard for back to make more sturdy for displaying.

cardstock/paper - black, white  vellum 

   pattern -  2 different honeycomb

CTMH: shimmer pen - on Bee - clear, yellow

embossing: Lawn Fawn white embossing powder

Hero Arts 2021 Feb Kit/Bundle - 

  Bee, honeycomb cut from vellum, 

  Bold Prints Bees & Flowers stamp

ink: Hero Arts - Caramel, Dandelion, Tangerine, Unicorn

VersaFine Onyx Black, VersaMark embossing

other: 2 gold brads

Tim Holtz: Distress Ink - walnut stain

tools: blending brush, heat embossing
