Enjoyed seeing & photographing the Cherry Blossoms in Washington DC the end of Mar when hubby & I took a mini vacation drive there.
Created this frame using a myscrapchick SVG file, Classic Horizontal Frame, on my Cricut. Liked the layered look.
Cut the Hero Arts stamp which is:
'sending you a cheery hello!'
so I could use only the
Stamped HA sentiment. Thought the 'cheery hello' was a compliment good play on words for 'cherry blossom.' Cut sentiment using a Spellbinder banner die and before removing the die I used ink to stencil color the open areas of the banner.
Used Cricut to cut the Cherry Blossom branch,
back of frame:
adhesive: foam, glue dots, Scotch ATG, Zig 2 Way glue pen
Cricut cartridge: Pagoda 3" Cherry Blossom Branch
Hero Arts Clearly Archiver's exclusive: stamp & embellishment - Cheery Bird -
sentiment(cut), flowers, gems
ink: Memento RoseBud
machine: Cricut Sizzix
paper: Kodak photo scrapbook - Cherry Blossom
cardstock - brown, pinks, white (has a pink core)
Spellbinder: die - banner - sentiment tag - used ink to stencil color the open areas of die
SVG file: myscrapchick Classic Horizontal Frame
