snow much joy Ice Skating Winter/Xmas Card

My Sizzix BIGkick bit the dust. The handle broke off. Since I have a Tim Holtz Vagabond I went looking for the adaptor shim for thin dies like framelits that goes on top of the base that allows you to cut thin dies. Michaels, JoAnns & Hobby Lobby did not have. Considered buying a new Sizzix BIGkick at Michaels with 50% off coupon. Then I remembered seeing the words 'for framelits" on my Sizzix magnetic plate. Turns out the Sizzix magnetic plate is the proper thickness of the base + the adaptor shim. Came home and tried it out and the magnetic plate indeed cuts the thin dies. It cuts them like butter. Yeah! Also this is a first for me embossing with the TH Vagabond.

Created this Winter/Christmas Card with an Ice Skate theme. I used grungeboard, Tim Holtz Mini Ice Skate die, distressing, embossing, Hero Arts sentiment & jute string.
