Bday Blackboard Balloons Card

Created this Clean & Simple CAS One Layer Card using Hero Arts Blackboard Birthday stamp. Used pink ink instead of white for a different look on blackboard stamp. Embossed the left side with balloons for more festive card.

paper:  cardstock - pink
