fluttering by to say hi Butterflies Card

I like Butterflies. Created this card using Stampin' Up Butterflies stamp & punch.

Paper pieced the Butterlfies by first stamping with an SU Butterfly stamp on the flower pattern paper, then stamping with same SU Butterfly stamp on the dotted pattern paper, punched out the Butterflies with an SU Butterfly punch, placed the punched out Butterflies over the other using glue dots and added gems.

** all my supplies are old except for the SU Butterflies punch & stamp **
gems: the Paper Studio oval shaped gems - 2 on the Butterflies
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
paper: gold foil paper, DCWV - pastel prints/cardstock,  spring matstack
Spellbinder: Nest Classic Inverted Scalloped Circles
stamp: Whimsical Designs sentiment
Stampin' Up: die - Bitty Banners , punch - Elegant Butterfly, stamp - Papillon Potpourri
