Heart Cut-Out Valentine Card

Used a Hero Arts heart die & HA stamps to make this Heart Cut-Out Valentine Card personalized by stamping HA "MD" which are my hubby's initials as well as mine. Also added glitter red tape for arrow on inside of card.
