TH Umbrella Man Tag

Used mostly Tim Holtz items on this Tag. Recycled a manilla file folder for TH Tag die. After using TH Distress Stain salty ocean on the Tag base I spritzed the Tag with water. Used hair blow dryer on the Tag. Stamped TH Umbrella Man and fussy cut it out with Th scissors. After allowing the Tag base to dry addl time I stamped TH: clock & sentiment. Popped up the Umbrella Man on Tag base using foam adhesive. Added Glossy accents to umbrella. Added some ribbon. Can you see how I have a clock face peeking thru the Tag hole at top?
